Ms Yvonne Chan is the Deputy Executive Director of the Hong Kong Business Ethics Development Centre (Centre) of the Independent Commission Against Corruption of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. She helps the Centre to promulgate business and professional ethics and anti-corruption messages to local and overseas business communities through public-private partnership with regulators, chambers, trade associations and professional bodies. Prior to that, Ms Chan had been posted to various regional offices across the territory. In addition to a wide range of experience in conducting probity talks for public servants, senior and middle managers in the private sector, Ms Chan had been responsible for devising strategies in reaching out to various segments of the community to disseminate integrity messages and engage public support to the anti-graft cause. Ms Yvonne Chan holds a Bachelor of Economics Degree from The University of Hong Kong.

Hong Kong Business Ethics Development Centre

Hong Kong Ethics Development Centre was established under the auspices of the Community Relations Department of the Independent Commission Against Corruption in May 1995 to fortify the business sector’s resistance to corruption. It was rebranded as the Hong Kong Business Ethics Development Centre in May 2015 and its main role is to promote business and related ethics in Hong Kong on a long-term basis.
