NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 2022 Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, Hong Kong Chapter Limited (“ACFE-HK”) will be held at the function room at Basement 1, Victoria Boardroom at 3/F., Regal Hong Kong Hotel, 88 Yee Wo Street, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong on Thursday, 15th December 2022 at 6:00 p.m. for the following purposes:

1. To approve the minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 8th February 2022;
2. To approve and adopt the Report of the Board of Directors and the audited Financial Statements for the year ended 30th June 2022;
3. To appoint the Honorary Auditors;
4. To fill the vacancies arising from the retirement of certain Members of the Board of Directors for 2022/2023;
5. Any other business
