ASIS Hong Kong Chapter is organising a 90 minute in-person seminar focused on the security of critical infrastructure, including the Convergence of Physical & Cyber Security, Offshore Terminal Security, and a case study on Maritime Security for an Offshore Terminal in HK.

There will not be an option to attend this seminar online, it is designed for in-person attendees. The Seminar will be followed by Happy Hour Drinks.

The seminar will cover:

A. The convergence of Physical / Cyber Security – explaining why CLP has ended up witha combined (converged) security capability, citing examples;

B. OT Security in CLP – shedding light on a little understood, but vital role of our cyber security teams, and:

C. Maritime Security in HK – LNG Offshore Terminal (LNGOT) case study. The first offshore terminal in Hong Kong.

Peter Messervy currently holds the role of Director – Group Physical & Personnel Security in CLP Holdings Ltd. He has been with CLP since 2015 and was the first incumbent of this (then) newly created Group function. He is responsible for the physical security of CLP’s portfolio, covering 7 countries grouped into 4 regions, and its travelling staff. Prior to that he worked for Swire Properties. Before starting a second career in corporate life, Peter served in the UK Army for 27 years.
